Our response to coronavirus (COVID-19)

Osprey will always be committed to ensuring the health and safety of our customers, drivers, and retail partners come first in all of our operations. In response to COVID-19, we encourage users to consider the following when using the platform:

Follow CDC and WHO guidelines.

Both the CDC and WHO are good resources for any questions you may have regarding COVID-19, and for the most up-to-date information and guidelines for the virus.

Protecting our community.

If we become aware of any customer, driver, or retail partner who has tested positive for COVID-19, we will temporarily suspend the account of that user. The suspension will remain in effect until a recovery period has passed.

When using the platform users must follow local laws related to face coverings and social distancing.

No-contact deliveries.

If you'd like your driver to leave your delivery in a safe location rather than hand it to you directly, please use the delivery instructions input on your checkout page when placing an order. You can say something like “Please leave order on the front porch” or simply “No-contact.”
