How do I reset or change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, need to change it, or are experiencing troubles logging into your account, go into the mobile app > sign out of your current account > tap Sign In > then tap Forgot your password?

Enter the email address you use for your Osprey account and tap Send Link. If there’s an account associated with the email you provided, we’ll send a link to that address where you can create a new password. Please consider using the following tips by Google when creating passwords to ensure that your account is secure.
