What is Osprey?

Osprey is an on-demand delivery platform dedicated to bringing your favorite stores and restaurants to you. We deliver in minutes. Not days. Not weeks.

How do I place orders?

There are two apps—one for restaurants and one for stores. To place an order, find a Retailer, place an item (or a few) in your cart and click place order. That's it! We'll send a driver to the store to pick up your order and deliver it directly to you.

Is there a minimum amount to place an order?

This is set by the Retailer you're ordering from. In some cases, the Retailer may add a minimum order total. You can see how much the minimum amount is by searching for a Retailer in the app.

What if something is wrong with my order?

How does pickup work?

To place a pickup order, select Pickup at the checkout. We'll let you know when it's ready for you to pick up at the Retailer. Depending on Retailer policies, you may need a form of photo ID to pick up your order.
